A Project Manager will be available between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday to discuss enquires;
Admin staff will work flexible hours which are appropriate to suit tasks allocated;
Admin staff based within client premises will work flexible hours agreed at the outset on the agreement.
Will my work be treat in confidence?
Smarter Business Support have the strictest levels of confidence (See Confidentiality & Privacy Statement). All employees of Smarter Business Support sign a confidentiality agreement.
How are tasks priced?
All tasks fall into a price bracket by complexity and level of knowledge required;
All work will be given an approximate completion time and priced by the hour using the appropriate price bracket.
How do you accept payment?
You will be invoiced on a monthly basis for ongoing work or at the end of ad hoc projects. (For contract work a retainer fee will be charged up front);
Payment can then be made by Paypal or via cheque. (Payable to Smarter Business Support).
Can Smarter Business Support help me find permanent admin staff?
Yes, our Recruitment Support Service can assist with this.
Will I have the same admin person throughout?
We understand the importance of continuity, and thus wherever possible, the same administrator will be allocated to you.
What locations do you operate in?
Smarter Business Support’s Head Office is based in Tyne and Wear, UK and have operational staff based in and around the North East of England. However, for outsourced work we can operate on a national and international basis.
Do I have to subscribe?
There are 2 levels of subscription. The first is free and your details must be registered should you wish to receive newsletters, special offers and / or use our services. This will also allow you access to your personal account where you can view previous invoices;
The 2nd level is the Exclusive Members area which costs £10 per month. This will allow you access to a whole range of useful and beneficial documents as well as Tender information. See our ‘Exclusive Members Area’ section for more detail.
Do you complete short notice tasks?
Yes. Smarter Business Support is structured so short notice tasks can easily be allocated and completed.
Will you ever refuse to undertake a task?
At times, it may be deemed appropriate to refuse a task. If this occurs, Smarter Business Support would discuss this with you, to the appropriate level.
